Cara Lea Moseley (BSc, MA, MBPss) - Company Director

Psychologist and experienced practitioner specialising in CBT. Former International athlete
with over 50 caps for Wales competing at both the 2007 and 2011 World Championships
and 2014 Glasgow Commonwealth Games.

Having completed a Degree in Psychology and Masters in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy my
work offers a unique blend of health promotion and mental health to the world of improving
performance both in Business and Elite Sport.

Areas of interest and experience lie within overall health promotion and working to
empower individuals, building self awareness and emotional intelligence across sport and
business. Taking on a very positive holistic approach to tailor and provide a proactive service
improving and harnessing personal development.

Passionate and empathic psychotherapist with goals to empower and work
with individuals helping them to realise their full potential
both personally and professionally.

accreditation from the BACP. Vast experience delivering
cognitive behavioural psychotherapeutic interventions using evidenced
based approaches.

Chartership and HCPC Registration. Masters degree in sports and exercise
psychology and a 2:1 BSc (Hons) degree in psychology.
