We understand that for some people coming to us for support in person is more difficult, our online membership will provide access to key areas within the company;
- Resources: you will have access to information, resources, and tools on key areas of mental health, wellbeing, lifestyle and improving performance!
- Peer support group - We have an anonymous and confidential forum which members can post messages to one another and discuss various topics, this providing a means of support but also building a network.
- Professional support - Mind In Sport staff also have access to the peer group therefore can provide answers, solutions, advice to members who post messages. It also provides an opportunity to refer to one of our team for support, or if specific areas of expertise to other services and helplines.
